Toulven Consulting LTD is a consultancy company registered in the Seychelles under IBN 50674 and having its operational office registered in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Two operational directors manage the Company, one for Seismic Operations having also the role of General Manager and the second one for HSE & Security services in drilling and construction. Both directors are well experienced in their respective domain of competence totalizing more than 60 years of experience.

Toulven Consulting offer services to the Oil and Gas exploration companies as well as to the Mining exploration projects. The Company started operations in 2009 and has provided services in Seismic data acquisition and HSE & Security in France, Kirghizstan, Iran, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Congo Brazzaville, Yemen, North Iraq and Mauritania.

Toulven Consulting has a very light overhead cost and therefore we are able to offer very competitive fee to our clients as well as an attractive day rate to our Consultants .

Toulven Consulting's President, has been involved in the seismic industry for over 40 years, having started as a seismologist, observer, field service engineer and working up to party chief, before entering the consulting side of the industry in 1989. He worked for several years for the majors consultancy groups as a field QC supervisor, HSE advisor and seismic project manager.

Toulven Consulting provides Oil and Gas as well as Mining exploration companies with highly experienced consultants in Geo-science, Health Safety and Environment and Security. Freelance consultants working through Toulven Consulting are provided with Professional Indemnity and medical evacuation insurances, operating guide lines and HSE standards
